Refund and Cancellation Policy

Rho Property -- operated by Ursa Warrior Technology

This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all paid services, credit-based features, Rho Coins, and any other digital transactions offered on the Rho Property platform ("Platform") operated by Ursa Warrior Technology ("Company"). By purchasing or using any paid feature on the Platform, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. General Refund Policy

All purchases made on the Platform, including credits, Rho Coins, premium features, listing boosts, and any other paid services, are final and non-refundable unless expressly required by applicable Malaysian consumer protection law.

Users are responsible for reviewing all purchase details, pricing, and feature descriptions before confirming any transaction. The Company is under no obligation to provide refunds for purchases made in error, for unused credits, or for features that do not meet the User's subjective expectations.

2. Subscription and Recurring Services

If the Platform offers subscription-based or recurring services, Users may cancel at any time from their account settings. Cancellation will stop future billing cycles only. Fees already paid for the current billing period will not be refunded, and access to the subscription features will continue until the end of the current billing period.

The Company reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or change the pricing of subscription services at any time. Continued use after pricing changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

3. Credits and Digital Assets

Credits, Rho Coins, and all other digital assets purchased or earned on the Platform are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or any form of monetary value. They have no monetary value outside the Platform and do not constitute property, currency, or financial instruments under any applicable law.

Upon account termination, suspension, or closure for any reason, all remaining credits, Rho Coins, and digital assets shall be forfeited without compensation or refund. The Company reserves the right to modify, revalue, expire, or discontinue any credit or reward system at any time without prior notice or liability.

4. Technical Issues

If Users are unable to use paid features due to verified technical issues caused solely by the Platform (as determined by the Company at its sole discretion), the Company may, but is not obligated to, provide replacement credits or service extensions. Any such remedy shall be at the Company's sole discretion and shall not exceed the value of the affected transaction.

Financial refunds for technical issues will only be considered if expressly required by applicable law. The Company shall not be liable for technical issues caused by the User's device, internet connection, browser, or any other factor outside the Company's direct control.

5. Fraud, Misuse, and Account Violations

The Company may suspend, revoke, or forfeit credits, Rho Coins, or other digital assets without refund if any of the following is detected or suspected:

  • Fraudulent or deceptive activity related to credit purchases or usage
  • Exploitation or manipulation of credit systems, referral programmes, or reward features
  • Use of multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or accumulate credits
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated in bad faith
  • Any violation of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy

Users who initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting the Company may have their accounts immediately and permanently terminated, with all remaining digital assets forfeited.

6. Third-Party Transactions

The Company is not a party to any property transaction, payment, deposit, or financial arrangement between Users and Agents or property owners. The Company shall not be responsible for and shall have no liability in relation to any disputes, refunds, or financial claims arising from transactions conducted between Users and third parties, whether facilitated through the Platform or otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company's total liability in connection with any refund claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the User for the specific transaction in question. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for consequential, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to any paid feature or transaction on the Platform.

8. Contact and Dispute Resolution

Users may contact the Company to request a review of specific transactions at hi@ursawarriortechnology.com. All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the Company's decision shall be final.

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
