We monitor, detect, and prevent scams at all costs to protect our community.
Property fraud — including fake listings, deposit scams, impersonation of agents, and rental fraud — causes real financial and emotional harm to victims. Preventing this is not just a policy for us; it is a core part of who we are as a platform.
Every agent and merchant account goes through a human review before being approved. No one gets listed without our team signing off.
We actively watch for patterns of scam behaviour including duplicate listings, suspicious pricing, fake photos, and unusual communication.
Accounts confirmed to be fraudulent are suspended immediately and, where appropriate, referred to the relevant Malaysian authorities.
Users and agents can report anything suspicious. Every report is reviewed by a real person from our team — nothing is ignored.
