Acceptable Use Policy

Users must use the Platform in a lawful, responsible, and respectful manner at all times. Users must comply with all applicable Malaysian laws, regulations, and industry standards when using the Platform.

Users must not attempt to damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform's systems, servers, or infrastructure. Users must not attempt to access restricted or administrative areas, circumvent security measures, or interfere with Platform operations in any manner.

All content submitted to the Platform must be accurate, truthful, lawful, and appropriate. Property listings must reflect genuine, accurate descriptions of properties that the submitting party has the legal right to advertise.

Users must not submit content that is: inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent; defamatory, abusive, threatening, or harassing; discriminatory based on race, religion, gender, nationality, or any other protected characteristic; obscene, offensive, or inappropriate; in violation of any third-party intellectual property rights; or otherwise unlawful or harmful.

The Company reserves the right to remove, modify, or restrict access to any content that violates this Policy, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.

Users may not use bots, scrapers, crawlers, spiders, data miners, or any automated systems to access, collect, copy, index, or extract data from the Platform without the prior written permission of the Company.

Unauthorised automated access or data collection constitutes a violation of this Policy and may also constitute a violation of applicable computer crime and data protection laws. The Company reserves the right to block, restrict, or take legal action against any automated access without notice.

AI-powered features on the Platform are provided for legitimate property search, listing enhancement, and informational purposes only. Users must not:

• Attempt to manipulate, exploit, reverse engineer, or jailbreak AI systems
• Use AI features to generate false, misleading, deceptive, or harmful content
• Input malicious prompts designed to produce harmful, offensive, or inappropriate outputs
• Use AI-generated outputs for any purpose that violates these Terms or applicable law
• Systematically extract or harvest AI-generated content for use outside the Platform

Users must not share, sell, transfer, or allow others to use their account credentials. Users must not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, manipulate listings, game reward systems, or for any other deceptive purpose. Each User may maintain only one active account unless expressly authorised by the Company.

Users who become aware of any violation of this Policy are encouraged to report it to hi@ursawarriortechnology.com. All reports are reviewed by our team and treated confidentially.

The Company reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this Policy and to take any action it deems appropriate at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:

• Issuing warnings to the offending User
• Removing or restricting access to content that violates this Policy
• Temporarily or permanently suspending User accounts
• Forfeiting any remaining credits, Rho Coins, or digital assets without refund
• Reporting violations to law enforcement or regulatory authorities
• Pursuing legal remedies, including claims for damages and injunctive relief

The Company's decision regarding enforcement actions is final and is not subject to appeal unless otherwise required by applicable law.

The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
