AI generated content, recommendations, and analysis are tools to support your decisions, not replace them. Property pricing, legal status, availability, and agent credentials must always be independently verified before any financial commitment.
While our AI systems are carefully designed and continuously improved, no AI system is perfect. AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations — instances where AI generates information that appears plausible but is factually incorrect. Always exercise caution, seek professional advice when needed, and report anything that seems suspicious directly to our team.

All AI-generated content is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.
Content generated, suggested, or enhanced by AI on Rho Property — including but not limited to property descriptions, market insights, pricing analysis, search results, recommendations, and conversational responses — may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or inaccuracies. AI systems can produce outputs that appear authoritative but are incomplete or incorrect (commonly referred to as "hallucinations").
Users must independently verify all AI-generated information before relying on it to make any decisions, including but not limited to purchasing, renting, leasing, or investing in property. AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice of any kind, whether legal, financial, real estate, valuation, or otherwise.
Rho Property and Ursa Warrior Technology make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, or availability of any AI-generated content for any purpose. You acknowledge and agree that any reliance on AI-generated content is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability for AI Outputs
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rho Property, Ursa Warrior Technology, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, financial loss, or property damage — arising out of or in connection with:
- (a) Any AI-generated content, output, recommendation, analysis, or suggestion provided on or through the platform;
- (b) Errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or hallucinations in AI-generated outputs;
- (c) Decisions made or actions taken by users based on AI-generated content;
- (d) The failure of AI systems to detect fraud, scams, or inaccurate listings;
- (e) Any interruption, suspension, modification, or discontinuation of AI features; or
- (f) Any third-party claims arising from the use of or reliance on AI-generated content.
This limitation applies regardless of whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if Rho Property or Ursa Warrior Technology has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Modification, Suspension, and Discontinuation of AI Features
Rho Property and Ursa Warrior Technology reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to modify, update, suspend, or permanently discontinue any or all AI-powered features, tools, or services at any time and without prior notice. This includes changes to the underlying AI models, algorithms, capabilities, availability, and scope of AI features offered on the platform.
We shall not be liable to any user or third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of AI features. Users should not rely on the continued availability of any specific AI feature or capability when making decisions.
Where practicable, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of significant changes to AI features, but we are under no obligation to do so.
Continuous Improvement
We continuously update and improve our AI systems based on real-world performance, user feedback, and emerging threats. As property scam tactics evolve, so does our detection capability. Our development team regularly reviews model behaviour, updates detection rules, and refines how AI interacts with users to stay ahead of bad actors while delivering a genuinely better experience for our honest community members.
Privacy and Data Use
User data processed by our AI systems follows strict privacy and security standards. We use your data only to improve your experience on the platform and to protect the community — never to sell to third parties or for unrelated commercial purposes.
