These guidelines exist to protect every member of the Rho Property community — buyers, renters, agents, and service providers. By using the platform, you agree to uphold these standards and help us build a trusted, safe, and respectful environment for everyone.
Ursa Warrior Technology (the "Company") reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to interpret, apply, and enforce these Community Guidelines. The Company may take any action it deems necessary or appropriate to protect the platform, its users, and the integrity of the community, without prior notice or liability to any user. Use of the Rho Property platform constitutes your acceptance of these guidelines and all enforcement actions taken hereunder.
Scam Prevention is Our Highest Priority
We monitor all activity on Rho Property for signs of fraud and scam behaviour. Property scams — including fake listings, deposit fraud, impersonation, and rental scams — cause serious harm and will not be tolerated under any circumstances. We will take immediate and decisive action against anyone found to be engaging in or facilitating scam activity, including permanent removal from the platform and referral to the relevant authorities.
Respectful Interaction
Every member of the community — whether a first-time buyer, an experienced agent, or a service provider — deserves to be treated with respect. Harassment, abusive language, intimidation, threats, or discriminatory behaviour of any kind is strictly prohibited.
Be Kind: Treat everyone with respect, patience, and understanding. Property decisions involve significant stress and financial stakes — approach all interactions with empathy and professionalism.
Honesty and Accurate Information
All information you provide on the platform must be truthful. This includes account registration details, property inquiries, reviews, comments, and any communications with other users or agents.

- ✓ Provide honest feedback and genuine reviews
- ✓ Be truthful about your intentions when contacting agents or owners
- ✗ Do not impersonate anyone or create fake accounts
- ✗ Do not submit false reports or fabricated complaints against other users
No Scams, Fraud, or Deception
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account removal and reporting to authorities:
- Fake property listings: Posting or sharing listings for properties that do not exist or are not legitimately available
- Deposit and payment scams: Soliciting payments, deposits, or fees through unofficial channels or for properties you cannot legitimately transact
- Identity theft and impersonation: Pretending to be an agent, property owner, developer, or any other party to deceive users
- Phishing and social engineering: Attempting to trick users into sharing personal information, credentials, or financial details
- Off-platform transaction manipulation: Directing users to transact outside the platform specifically to avoid oversight and protections
If you suspect a scam or receive a suspicious request for payment, personal information, or an unusual transaction, report it immediately to hi@ursawarriortechnology.com. Do not proceed with any transaction until you have verified all parties and details independently.
Anti-Fraud and Community Protection
Rho Property employs a combination of automated systems, AI-driven detection, and human review to proactively identify and combat fraud, scams, and other harmful activity across the platform. The Company may, at any time and without prior notice:
- • Flag, restrict, or remove accounts exhibiting suspicious behaviour patterns
- • Withhold, freeze, or revoke any credits, rewards, or referral bonuses associated with fraudulent or manipulated activity
- • Share relevant information with law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions when fraud is suspected or confirmed
- • Cooperate fully with any investigation by authorities relating to fraudulent activity conducted through the platform
- • Implement additional verification requirements for any user or category of users as deemed necessary
Users are encouraged to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity immediately. The Company will not be held liable for losses arising from fraud perpetrated by third parties on or through the platform despite the Company's reasonable efforts to prevent such activity.
Responsible Use of AI Tools
Our AI powered features are designed to make your experience better and safer. Please use them responsibly and in the spirit they were intended.

- ✓Ask the AI assistant honest questions to get helpful, relevant results
- ✗Attempt to manipulate, trick, or jailbreak our AI systems
- ✗Use AI features to generate spam, fake content, or deceptive material
- ✗Attempt to use AI tools to facilitate or disguise scam activity
AI Usage Within the Community: Users may not use external AI tools, bots, or automated systems to interact with the platform, generate bulk content, create synthetic reviews, or automate account activity without the express written consent of the Company. AI-generated content posted by users (including but not limited to property descriptions, reviews, and messages) must be clearly identified as such when required by the Company. The Company reserves the right to detect, flag, and remove AI-generated content that is misleading or violates these guidelines.
Protecting Your Privacy and Safety
Protecting your personal information is your responsibility as well as ours. Follow these practices to stay safe:
Safety Tips
- • Only share contact information with agents you have verified are legitimate
- • Never share your password, bank account details, or identity document photos through messages
- • Be cautious of agents or users who ask for payment before you have signed any official agreement
- • Verify the physical existence of a property before paying any deposit — visit it in person or request a video tour
- • Report any suspicious messages, unusual payment requests, or pressure tactics immediately
- • Legitimate agents will never ask you to pay urgently under pressure or to bypass normal procedures
No Unlawful Activity
The platform must not be used for illegal transactions, money solicitation, money laundering, fraud, rental scams, or any activity that violates Malaysian law or regulations. Any such activity will be reported to PDRM and other relevant enforcement bodies without hesitation.
No System Misuse
Users must not attempt to hack, scrape, disrupt, or interfere with platform operations in any way.
Prohibited Actions
- ✗ Using automated bots, crawlers, or data scrapers
- ✗ Attempting to access restricted or admin areas
- ✗ Interfering with or disrupting platform functionality
- ✗ Creating multiple fake accounts to manipulate listings, reviews, or game systems
- ✗ Reverse engineering, copying, or replicating any part of the platform
- ✗ Attempting to exploit, abuse, or circumvent platform credit or reward systems
Responsible Messaging and Reviews
All messages sent through the platform and all reviews submitted must be genuine, relevant, and respectful. Do not use the messaging system to spam other users, and do not submit fake or incentivised reviews.

- ✓ Leave honest reviews based on real experiences
- ✗ Send unsolicited promotional messages or spam
- ✗ Submit fake positive reviews for your own listings or fake negative reviews for competitors
Platform Monitoring, Moderation, and Content Removal
All activity on Rho Property is subject to monitoring by our team and AI systems. We watch for scam patterns, suspicious behaviour, policy violations, and content that could harm community members. Monitoring exists to protect you — not to invade your privacy. We act only when safety and community standards are at risk.
The Company reserves the right to monitor, review, moderate, edit, disable, or remove any content, listing, message, review, account, or other material on the platform at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice or liability to the affected user. This includes, but is not limited to, content that the Company believes in its sole discretion to be in violation of these guidelines, harmful to the community, legally objectionable, or otherwise inconsistent with the intended use of the platform. Users acknowledge that removed content may not be recoverable and that the Company is under no obligation to provide reasons for content removal or to reinstate removed content.
Reporting Issues
If you see something that doesn't seem right, tell us. Your reports protect everyone in the community and help us respond quickly to emerging threats. All reports are reviewed by a real member of our team.

- • Suspected scam activity, fake listings, or deposit fraud
- • Requests for payment outside normal channels or before official agreements
- • Suspicious accounts, fake identities, or impersonation
- • Harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive messages
- • Fraudulent or misleading property information
- • Any content or behaviour that makes you feel unsafe
- • Technical issues, bugs, or platform vulnerabilities

Consequences of Violations
We take violations of these guidelines seriously. The Company reserves the right to determine the appropriate response to any violation in its sole discretion. Consequences may include, but are not limited to, the following:
The Company may apply one or more of the above consequences simultaneously and is not required to follow any sequential escalation process. The severity of the response will be determined by the Company at its sole discretion based on the nature, intent, and impact of the violation.
User-to-User Interactions
Rho Property serves as a platform to connect property seekers, agents, landlords, and service providers. While we strive to maintain a safe and trustworthy environment, the Company is not a party to any transaction, agreement, or interaction between users.
The Company is not responsible, and shall not be held liable, for any disputes, losses, damages, injuries, or claims arising from interactions, communications, transactions, or agreements between users of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, the quality, legality, safety, or accuracy of any property listing, the ability of any user to complete a transaction, or the conduct of any user on or off the platform. Users engage with other users entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any agreement or transaction.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ursa Warrior Technology, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- • Your violation of these Community Guidelines or any applicable law or regulation
- • Your use or misuse of the platform
- • Any content you post, submit, or transmit through the platform
- • Your interaction with any other user of the platform
- • Any fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activity you engage in on or through the platform
This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination or suspension of your account and your cessation of use of the platform. Users who violate these guidelines are solely responsible for all resulting damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise, including damages to the Company, other users, and third parties.
